Are we really looking for happy pills when feeling depressed?
We tend to reach for that vitamin C bottle when we're down with a flu or a cold. Sometimes when we're ill we lose our appetites while our immune system is fighting the infection. Thanks for giving such a detailed description of depression. It would be better to go for anti depressant drugs if it is a serious clinical depression. Otherwise we can beat depression by our self with simple tips and techniques.
