All of us have our moods. Feeling of Joy, Anger, Fear, Sadness and etc. are felt at different occasions. But there is a big difference between feeling sad or depress occasionally and feeling depress for a prolonged period of time. The latter can and usually have a devastating effect on ones personal, social and professional lives. Until the person has identify and is aware of his situation, the condition will continue to invade the victim's life and his loved ones, friends and colleagues.

Do you feel moody, unhappy or even depressed?

We can sometimes feel moody or depress, maybe for just a short while

But it becomes a problem when it last more than a few days, thats when things starts to spiral downwards..

In todays modern and fast paced culture we look for quick solutions.

When it comes to physical, emotional or mental discomfort this means looking for simple and quick solutions to whatever troubles us. If you get a flu, take some medication. If you get depressed, go to the doctor and he/she will give you some anti-depressants..


Treating your symptoms of bad mood rather than looking at the underlying root causes or at the bigger picture of a unified mind-body health tends focus on the symptoms, which is usually short lived solution. Symptoms are the body's way of telling us that somethings aint going right, that it is getting things that will cause harm to it if prolonged, or may be a signal of fighting off infection and virus attack. This case, symptoms can help us determine what it is that will help the body in its fight.
What it wants in order to repair or replenish itself.

The signs of depression may means just that message from your mind and body.

Depending on the severity, appropriate action of identifying the cause and seeking treatment for depression are necessary.
